Since 1992, Elliott Bay Pipe Band has been Seattle’s welcoming home for pipers and drummers. We’re a community-first band that values playing together over competition pressure.
While we do participate in competitions, our heart lies in performances at Seattle’s beloved events like St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and our annual Father’s Day concert at the Ballard Locks.
Our democratic approach means every member has a voice in our musical journey. From beginners to veterans with decades of experience, we create a space where Scottish musical traditions thrive in the Pacific Northwest. 🏴
Join Us
EBPB welcomes pipers and drummers of all experience levels! We rehearse Thursday evenings (7-9 PM) in Seattle’s Roosevelt district, easily accessible from I-5.
We provide mentorship from experienced players and resources to help you grow. No audition required – just bring your instrument and enthusiasm. Whether you’re returning after years away or still developing your skills, you’ll find a supportive musical home where we focus on playing often, playing well, and playing together.
